At 1,600–1,700 metres above sea level, in the highlands of Chinacla, La Paz, we found a farm that had been left to fend for itself. We saw what it could be.
This year we took it on and began bringing it back to life: renewing the soil, tending the trees, and giving every plant the attention it had been missing. We’re growing Catuaí, IHCAFE 90 and Lempira.
Our first harvest arrives in the 2026/2027 season. We don’t know exactly what it will taste like yet, and that’s the exciting part. We’ll be here, waiting for our first cup.
